I have been living and working as an architect in Madrid since 2005. I was born in Vienna, Austria, and I speak German, Spanish and English.

 

Since I was little I dedicated myself to improving the spaces at home, within the possibilities of a girl: organizing and changing furniture. When I realized that inorder to make more effective changes I had to go further, tear down walls, change doors, etc., I started drawing plans and imagining a much better house. And that's how I found my passion for the spaces that surround us daily, and the importance they have for our happiness.

In my architecture career in Vienna, I specialized in housing, always focusing my designs on the perception from within, from the experience of the human being. My studies took me to the Higher Technical School of Architecture in Madrid, first with the Erasmus program, and then to study a doctorate in architectural projects. And since I liked the city and the social life so much, I stayed to live here.

On the other hand, I believe in investing in the real estate market, because in my opinion it is the best option to increase your quality of life: you can customize the spaces 100%, invest your money instead of just spending it every month on a rent, and you get the peace of mind and security you want in the long term.

​

I have used my buy-and-renovate method for myself on four occasions, always to enjoy a home completely to my liking. In a real estate market like Madrid, with such old homes, it is a very useful formula to achieve your dream home in your preferred location.

That is why I dedicate my work to helping other people obtain their own home, adapted to their needs and tastes, to increase their quality of life.
